Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before confirming your reservation.

1. Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted by The Nandakam Rest House through an official confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, email, or any other authorized communication channel.

2. Cancellation Request

Guests wishing to cancel their reservation should inform us as early as possible through our official contact number or WhatsApp. Cancellation requests will be processed during our working hours.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. If any advance payment has been collected, the management will review the cancellation request and determine whether a refund is applicable.

4. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

5. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without informing the management, the booking may be treated as a “No Show.” Any refund, if applicable, will be handled according to the booking terms.

6. Booking Modifications

Requests to change the check-in date, check-out date, or guest details are subject to room availability and management approval. Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.

7. Force Majeure

The Nandakam Rest House shall not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

8. Third-Party Bookings

If your reservation was made through an online travel agency (OTA) or another third-party booking platform, cancellation and refund requests must be made in accordance with the policies of that platform.

9. Management Rights

The management reserves the right to review every cancellation request individually and make decisions in accordance with the booking terms and applicable laws.
